there is a brilliant fic called hp and the shard of magic on fanfiction.net if you go to Tigressa1 (my authors page) you will see it on the favourites list.

WARNING IS IS A HARRY/DRACO pairing so for those shippers who dont like harry/draco fics then dont read it.

there are also many other fics listed that are Harry/Draco.
