too late, i guess i'm doing it myself. i've already made a domain name and i should be sending a check to the hosting site by tomorrow. i'll do the graphics myself too, if i have to.

Check out the sig design discussion and query thread in the GDF- you will find good people there

It's easy to do your own graphics with some of the tools they have available these days...the applications will do all the work for you! Learning curve is pretty high but worth it.
