You're not giving him the ten rings? Shang Chi is possibly the most skilled fighter in the MCU but he is still only human. Dragon armor and staff are formidable but he still isn't enhanced like BP is.He'll get murdered in both rounds.

Give him the ten rings then he wins but it's at least a close fight.

That was due to the armor. But a single kick to the face from BP will mess Shang up badly.

Plus, Shang was strong enough to hurt the Mandarin with his regular hits. They're not going to do anything to BP especially with his suit.
