Um. not very far. Bats best tech was the omacs... designed to take down each and every superhero... and that still didn't work when brother eye took over the whole system...

Batman could get as far as killing all the streetlevelers, and low metas by unleashing omacs.. but he would never get past the superman tier. and thats only if the superman tier lets batsy kill off their street cleaners.

He already knows all their weaknesses. If he starts off covertly he could pick off a few before long he's taken out by Nightwing and the Outsiders who've been working covertly the whole time to take HIM out

About 2.5 centimetres , by then his own jobber aura would have realised he's a 'badguy' now and as such took him out.

...Hahaha! Ya know, that's a great point. He'd take his own self out before and DC hero could stop him. Even faster than Flash could take him out!
