In this Fight. Spawn has full accesses to unlimited of necroplasmic energy since this is the version of King of the 8th level of hell after he defeated his master Malebolgia........

(The Storyline) The Story goes Alucard sick of fighting weak opponent. He wanna fight someone whom worthy of his powers. He learn about Spawn existence. So He wanna do battie with him as he see Spawn a Monster just like him. Alucard was over joy as he stand in front of
Spawn and simply taunt him) Alucard: "At last someone whom worthy of mine powers" Spawn did not responds as he simply stare at Alucard and ready for battie.

The battle Take place within Hell itself. The level of 8 of Hell where Spawn is the king. Alucard when to level zero and unleash his army of undead. While Spawn unleash his army of Hellspawn to battle Alucard army. Then Spawn and Alucard do battie each other while their army clash

Whom Wins in this MONSTER VS MONSTER FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

Alucard has mental defenses as far as I can recall. Even Seras overcame that mental butch Vampire's powers when she got her shadow arm.

I know whom you talking about. Zorin the big woman with a purple eye in her hand. But If I recall what she just create illusions on people mind? Where Spawn can do more then that create illusions.
