so if superman went all out agaisnt him he might have a chance. i know dominas does not do a surfer and beat superman 9 out of 10. may be superman can out power dominas

Dominas met his fate when the Silver Surfer, a former Herald of Galactus, received word about his former master's insane plans. The two Heralds fought each other, with the Surfer winning and destroying Dominas. However, the Surfer did absorb Dominas' cosmic power to help him defeat Galactus.

Aside from these, and the various other energy related powers, Dominas seemed to specialize in manipulating waves since he rode on waves of energy through space and created a wave of water to destroy New York. The level of his power cosmic appears to be higher than previuous heralds since he was able to defeat Thor wielding the Odinpower and destroy a large section of the moon. His lack of experience allowed his powers to be absorbed by the Silver Surfer.
