You don't think the sword would hurt reed? Or kill him?

Wolverine couldn't cut reed with his claws.

I doubt he needs the sword to be able to out think Reed (tactically in combat. In other ways, obviously not.)

He still has his standard equipment to tie him up and detain him. I don't think he'll be able to beat Spiderman either way.

Three months sword training with Deadpool? What a waste of time that would be...

Batman's already a highly proficient swordsman. Deadpool's not going to make him any better than he already is and that's assuming Wilson isn't dicking around.

That said, he'd have to gadget spam Richards pretty fast before he got taken out.
