2. Mister Fantastic
3. Spiderman
4. Wolverine
5. Colosuss (standard)
6. Ironman (pre-extremis)

Batman gets Caps Shield and an Adamantium sword.
3 months shield training by Cap.
3 months sword training by deadpool.
Batman is morals off.
Bats also has standard equipment.

I doubt he needs the sword to be able to out think Reed (tactically in combat. In other ways, obviously not.)

He still has his standard equipment to tie him up and detain him. I don't think he'll be able to beat Spiderman either way.

Batman's already a highly proficient swordsman. Deadpool's not going to make him any better than he already is and that's assuming Wilson isn't dicking around.

That said, he'd have to gadget spam Richards pretty fast before he got taken out.
