Even then. Ultron has way too many options, is far more brilliant, and is top of the durability chain.

"Apocalypse can absorb energy to augment his abilities, so Ultron's blasts will only empower En Sabah Nur. Ultron's armor is tough as heck, it's true, but insides are not as durable. It's possible that Apocalypse could shrink down, enter Ultron and transform himself into a diamond-hard ripsaw to shred Ultron's innards. Ultron's most promising weapon in this match would be his encephalo ray, but considering Apocalypse's willpower and psionic capabilities, I wouldn't call it a sure-fire win.

Ultron has psionic power with better feats than En Sabah Nur.

Ultron also has force fields and an internal molecular rearranger to repair any damage he sustains.

Ultron can destabilize the atoms of Apoc's with his disintegration beams.

And Apoc is in no way more intelligent than Ultron. Ultron dwarfs Hank Pym and every other human in brain power and prepping ability as stated in AoU.

Ultron wins, but per AoU Pym has held back against Ultron because he still loves him.
