"Apocalypse can absorb energy to augment his abilities, so Ultron's blasts will only empower En Sabah Nur. Ultron's armor is tough as heck, it's true, but insides are not as durable. It's possible that Apocalypse could shrink down, enter Ultron and transform himself into a diamond-hard ripsaw to shred Ultron's innards. Ultron's most promising weapon in this match would be his encephalo ray, but considering Apocalypse's willpower and psionic capabilities, I wouldn't call it a sure-fire win.
