Apollo and Midnighter are on a NYC rooftop. A dimensional rift opens and the Invincible Comics' sexual predator floats above them, in general terms saying she's chosen Apollo to mate with, to help advance her people.
Apollo politely declines.
She says he has no choice, and proceeds to attack.

Thats all the prep the WFC have. No Authority back up, no BFR, can they stop the Viltrumite from having her way with Apollo?

Apollo can.

Considering he wouldn't find her attractive at all, he'd likely die before mating with her.

A Pyrrhic victory, to be sure.

Which is to say, despite his labelling as a 'Superman level' being in the DCnU, I haven't seen anything from him that say he can contend in a fist fight with her.
