How strong is Firestorm ? Last time i read Superman could move the whole moon under the effects of Kryptonite and could withstand the force of neutron star

First from Action Comics 764, Supes was poisoned by kryptonite from inside which he doesn't notice untill it almost killed him. But even weakened he still could move the moon from orbit by punching it while he just wants to vent
