First from Action Comics 764, Supes was poisoned by kryptonite from inside which he doesn't notice untill it almost killed him. But even weakened he still could move the moon from orbit by punching it while he just wants to vent

That’s nothing he was able to push krypton while under it’s red sun. Krypton was stated to be larger than jupiter, obviously heavier sense jupiter is supposed to be a gas giant while krypton has a surface.
