Wrath of the Furyans could put Bucky down long enough for Riddick to stab him for the win. And at the range they'll be fighting there's no way for Bucky to dodge or avoid it.

Similar. It's an omnidirectional energy pulse that basically nukes everyone in range. It could possibly kill Bucky, but even if it doesn't, it's not something he'd just shrug off.
Bucky survived a blast from the Power Stone in IW. I highly doubt Wrath of the Furyans will kill him. It will probably stun him though. Anyway, that's Riddick's only hope of winning. And considering how rarely it ever happens, even during combat situations, I personally wouldn't bet on it.

As for the fight itself, win or lose, it’s not one sided at all imo. Riddick has superhuman stats; w. nothing but knives, killed various alien critters and multiple armed opponents both in and out of the dark.
The Big Boss in Chronicles had superhuman strength and some kind of magical speed thing going on and Riddick still nailed him, after getting his ass kicked.
Well, I certainly don't expect everyone to agree with me. I just think Bucky would win a straight knife fight, given that he has better stats per his feats and can hang with people like Captain America in melee. I agree that Riddick would win if he can trigger Wrath of the Furyans, but I just think it's a low probability of it happening given how rare it's been used onscreen.
Though just to point out that Riddick didn't win the fight against the Lord Marshial on his own. Kyra stabbed Lord Marshal in the back with a spear and Vaako attacked him which gave Riddick the opening he needed to win. Riddick was losing badly right before that happened.

I’m just not willing to call shitstomp on this one. It’s a good fight. I mean, it’s no “Aladdin (& possibly even the Genie) vs Skullcrawler“, but it’s still pretty good, for starting some conversations at least!
I think Riddick ia significantly more skilled than WS in h2h and knife fighting. Bucky has the advantage of the metal arm though. Riddick is a master at killing in a single blow (or attack). If Riddick catches Bucky then it is over.
