There is an explanation both on the home page and at the end of the quiz.

But basically what it means is that you are more liberal than most people, and your reasons for being so are more economic than social.

Yeah I read the chart and the paragraphs but I thought liberal was left wing.. but neo-liberalism is to the far right.

Liberal is left wing... But I don't think neo-liberalism means "liberal" in the sense most people think of it.
