Infinities comic therefore non-canon. And, in any case, it's not a clone for definite, Leland Chee has said in his blog:"It's not quite the real Darth Maul. Hence the "or something." And that's what I think will happen to Asajj in her duel with Grievous. Does that make sense? And also remember that when Obi-Wan was fighting Asajj is The New Face of War he has a cracked skull, which must hurt like hell and damper his ability to concentrate and thus making him not as strong with the Force as he normally would be.
