Play the Demo from XBM and wasn't a bad FPS. It was good. Graphics are neat and the controls very swift. Sounds are not that bad. Might pick it up for the old Xbox. I wonder why would this title came to the regular xbox and not the 360? hmm..anywho try for yourself.

I don't own an X-box, but my brother does and he's very much looking forward to this game. I can see why, too. It looks pretty awesome from all of the clips I've seen.

I just wish it was coming out for PC.

It's also for the PS2. It suppose to be better then Halo 2 from what I heard.

Multiplayer would be nice. I'm almost finish with the demo and I'm considering picking up a copy when is released.

Pretty sweet game - the idea is simple: just shoot the hell out of... anything. It'll either die, or blow up and make people die.

I believe the game can be best summed up as this:

There isn't actually a button to open doors with: you just use your R trigger while you've got the shotgun out 😉

Apparently it does for FPS's what Burnout did for racing games.

If it takes a stale genre like FPS and does something exciting with it then I give it the thumbs up.

It's a perfect console shooter. Rather than try to emulate the precise control of a PC game, like most FPS's try to do, and fail, it just says "have fun" and keeps the gameplay balanced enough for you to have a 'blast'. Ahem.

What's so different about this FPS from others?

It feels very fluid and natural, something you don't get with every game.

Graphics are swish, plenty of people to kill, plenty of guns, plenty of stuff to blow up.

I hope Criterion does a later 360 release like they are for Burnout Revenge, but I kept one XBOX, so I will get to play it no matter what. 😛

Agree, this is more a FPS for the consoles and not for PC. Competition with the other FPS in the PC would belittle this title.

I played the demo for Xbox today, was pretty cool. Way too short though, took me about 4 minutes to finish lol. But overall I'm impressed with the level of environmental destructability. I'll rent it when it's first released, then make a decision on whether I'm buying it or not.

But hey, it's only $40 so not bad 🙂 OPM gave it a 4/5, mainly because it's nothing more than rampant shooting, and is by far the best on the PS2, but aside from that there isn't much more too it.

I wasn't at first because I was finish with the regular xbox and was ready to jump to the 360. But now I'am getting the game.

Rented it, loved it (on ps2)

bit short, but other than that, one of the most enjoyable games ive played in a while. nice weapons, good level design, great damage effects (from grenades and rockets).

worth a look, definately...

hows the multiplayer?

i just bought a sick fps but you can't put bots in the multiplayer, so its just me and one other person on the map which completely sucks cuz you can make your own maps to play in. i gotta pick up 2 more controllers and i'll be good.

The game got 9/10 from Game Reactor, seems like a pretty good game.
