Angry Classic Juggernaut Runs The Gauntlet!!! No Jobbing!!!

I'm tired of Juggs not getting respect. Juggs has his force field up for all of his fights.

Here is the list of warriors he goes through:

1. Bane(warm up)

2. Doc Samson

3. Warpath

4. Thing

5. Colossus

6. Iron Man(Peak Operating Capacity, normal armor)

7. Namor

8. Wonder Man

9. Thor(Normal)

10. Beta Ray Bill

11. Savage Hulk

12. Thanos

Who takes it?

Oh here's a list of some of the impressive things Juggernaut has done:

quote:
* When fighting an army battalion,The Juggernaut slammed his fists into the ground with such force it created an earthquake that ripped through the entire valley and brought a hill crumbling down on them. --Uncanny X-Men #33

# Instead of moving out of the way,he lets Spider-Man drive a gas tanker right into him. Not only is he totally unmoving from the impact, but he walks out of the resulting gas inferno on fire and completely unconcerned. --The Amazing Spider-Man #230

# The Juggernaut allowed Dazzler to futily blast all her energy directly into him at point blank range until she was drained. She fell unconscious as he stood over her completely unharmed. --Uncanny X-Men #218

# took the Fantastic Four's Thing down for the count in seconds with just 3 successive blows. Thing would arise, only to fall back down unconscious. --Secret Wars II #7

# sent Thor hurtling across the skies and then through a store wall with a casual backslap. --Thor #411

# When hit so hard by Rogue of the X-Men that the shockwave from the punch shattered every window of the street,The Juggernaut simply stood there looking down on her with his arms crossed. --Uncanny X-Men #218

# The Juggernaut caused the entire X-Mansion to shake and nearly collapse by stomping from all the way at the front gates of the estate. And was said to be using only a fraction of his power to accomplish it. --Uncanny X-Men #12

# The Juggernaut has on two occasions allowed Cannonball to blast directly into him. And both times Cannonball was knocked out of blast mode and barely conscious while The Juggernaut remained totally unmoved and unphased.

# The Juggernaut has withstood even Thor's godforce(which caused Galactus to flee for his life on one occasion, and shattered the prime Celestial's protective dome on another) with absolutely no physical damage whatsoever. --Thor #412

# He withstood a direct blast from Stellaris's Celestial armor with zero effect to his person. The sheer energy radius of the blast hitting him was so powerful it created a large chasm in the Earth. --Thunderstrike #2

# In a confrontation with Colossus, the first blow Juggernaut connects with ends the fight. Leaving Colossus unconcious when he lands from it. --Uncanny X-Men #183

# The Juggernaut nearly drowned the Hulk by forcing Hulk's head underwater. Hulk had to use silt from the riverbed in Juggernaut's eyes to make The Juggernaut release his grip on Hulk's neck. --Hulk #402

# Harmlessly absorbed a million volts of electricity. --Amazing Spider-Man #229

# Despite suffering a significant power loss,The Juggernaut was still able to match Prime(who proved more than strong enough to match Thor punch for punch) in a direct test of strength before slamming Prime back through a wall. --Exiles #4

# Tore through a wall 50 times the tensile strength of battleship steel as though it were a "a thin layer of plywood". --Uncanny X-Men #12

# He had a vat of molten steel dumped on him by Deadpool and continued to fight uneffected and awash with flame. --Deadpool vol.1 #3

# In a fight with the New Warriors,Firestar tried to stop him by heating his armor to the point where it became white hot. The Juggernaut didn't even acknowledge her attack whatsoever. --Thor #412

# He hit Captain Britain with such force the Excalibur leader skidded away creating nearly a mile long groove in the ground with his body. --Excalibur #3

# Trapped in 40-foot cocoon of solid steel,The Juggernaut exploded out in violent fashion by flexing his arms. --Thor #412

# Stripped to only a fraction of his strength,he still is strong enough to easily choke Rogue while she fought to free herself with one hand while fending off Colossus with the other. --Marvel Team-Up #150(it was stated in the Marvel Handbook that both Tom and Juggernaut actually had less than a half of The Juggernaut's power as they had assumed)

# Collapsed an entire skyscraper(possibly a World Trade Center tower) with a ram of his shoulder. --Spider-Man #16

# Engaging fellow exemplar Stonecuter in a toe-to-toe slugfest, the punches they traded to one another caused earthquakes and was said to be the greatest fury ever unleashed on Earth. --Juggernaut:Eighth Day

# On two separate occasions when lifted from the ground and held in midair by Jean Grey,The Juggernaut proves unstoppable by continuing to advance toward her irregardless despite having no physical footholds or leverage.

# Having magically been stripped of all of his flesh,The Juggernaut still stood before his enemy to complete the battle as merely a skeleton. --Juggernaut OneShot

# The Juggernaut walked right through a stream of Chamber's full power bio energy blast. Despite Chamber exerting so much effort into it he fell unconscious in the attempt. --Generation-X #61

# Facing the Stranger who'd grown to about 50 feet tall,The Juggernaut lept up and toppled him with one punch --X-Men Forever #6

# Took a direct blast from the new-look Cyclops that was described by him as being able to "rip a small planet in half" with a smile as The Juggernaut's only reaction. --Cyclops #1

# Rendered the entire team of Generation-X,Banshee,and Emma Frost unconscious simply by clapping his hands together. --Generation-X #61

Juggernaut can jump too!!!

quote:
# Facing the Stranger who'd grown to about 50 feet tall,The Juggernaut lept up and toppled him with one punch --X-Men Forever #6

takes everyone easily......then reaches hulk......and here we go again.
or......since now he can feel pain.after the unlimited strength of the hulk.....his conscious mind shuts down instead of dealing with the unfamilier feeling of pain...and his subconscious mind automatically triggers a magic based chemical process which shoots cyttorak energy from his hands.....only happens at extreme moments of pain or panic.....

No teleporting characters from battlefield. A win is by incapacitation of their opponent, or death of your opponent.

I dunno Juggy was always described as unstoppable but there were a bunch of instances when Guys like Hulk and Thor have been able to damage him.

Id say he tears through everyone up to thor and every fight after that is too tough to call

Oh yeah the Gen-X 61 examples are a little funky. Its actually more impressive that Chamber managed to slow him at all than it is that Juggy went though it

And Thor has hurt him physically before with punches so?

Even without battle filed removal, Thor has chances. If he doesnt stop Jugs, Hulk wont. So yeah he gets beaten by Thanos.

Gets to Hulk, and if Hulk can fight forever, that's what they do.

Thor never really beat him, he (under some extreme circumstances) used mjolnir to negate Jugs field for a few seconds, punched him and Jugs felt it, but was unharmed. Jug repeatedly beats Thor down every time they meet.

Hulk & Thanos can fight forever and never tire, but they'll never break his enchantment.....so a draw.

On second thought, doesn't Hulk have to turn back into banner at some point in time? Or can he be Hulk forever?

If Hulk, a hundred years down the road turns into banner, jug will still be there at full power chillin.

But thats exactly why i give Thor a chance. Thats using an ability to negate an advantage of the opponent.

Sometimes he makes, others he doesnt.

Going all out, I think Thor or Beta Ray Bill will take him out with their power nullification trick.

That power nulify trick only works for a few seconds, and he heals faster than the Hulk whilst his power is negated for those short moments. They still ain't beating him.

It seemed to work well enough the one time. It's just a matter of getting the job done in that time.

Thor didn't null Jugs true power, he nulled his force field, Jugs was still jugs just sans his shield.

But the funny thing is, Jug back then never showed his shield, but the writers had to make up something to give Thor a chance, or he'd get creamed.

Wrong.Thor nullified Cyttoraks magic reducing his effectiveness, he was able to STUN and pummel the Juggernaut, while usually Juggy never gets stunned or disoriented after a strong blow. The force field is invisible so there's no reason why he shouldn't have it on without shouting: AH!MY FORCE FIELD IS ON!
Altough Thor's trick won't last long, so he should go all out in Madness mode to K.O. Marko.
Juggernaut has never been K.O.ed with his force field turned off.

Godddd.... This is what happened for the second fight:

quote:
This fight resulted from The Juggernaut and Thor's first fight and took place in Thor#429. Excalibur came to New York in search of The Juggernaut who had recently been freed from British holding(see Fight One). But due to a spell by Amora the Enchantress they see Thor as The Juggernaut and attack him. After the misunderstanding is settled Thor assures them that he had teleported The Juggernaut to another dimension. To prove it Thor agrees to take Excalibur there. Once there the group is ambused, knocked out,and placed in spheres they cannot penetrate. When they wake up there are brought before a throne seating The Juggernaut. This all occured in Thor #428.

To no surprise to Thor Cain is indeed there. But to everyone's surprise he has taken over a planet in that dimension as monarch. Cain tells Thor and Excalibur that he took over the planet from it's prince and that they'll sit there in their priso-spheres until he can think of what he wants to do with them. Juggernaut leaves and seeing an oppurtunity to regain his throne, the former ruler of the planet frees Thor to battle The Juggernaut.

Thor storms the castle to face Cain who is a bit annoyed by the intrusion. The fight begins with Cain throwing several blows that Thor deftly evades. However he decides to strike The Juggernaut with all his might with his hammer. This naturally does not faze The Juggernaut at all and only puts Thor in position to catch an uppercut. The Juggernaut rushes Thor into a wall and continues to attack.

Thor dodges and The Juggernaut's punch hits the wall. The next panel Thor is somehow now standing several yards from The Juggernaut and unleashes some kind of beam from Mjolnir. Thinking it just another of Thor's useless attacks The Juggernaut chides him for a wasted effort. Thor explained that the blast was to discern the nature of Cain's incredible power. The beam told Thor that it was mystical. Thor then threw Mjolnir which flew by Juggernaut's head and ended up flying out of a castle window. After making fun of Thor's aim The Juggernaut advanced upon the unarmed Thor but the purpose of his "inaccurate" toss of Mjolnir would soon become shockingly clear to Cain. Thor had sent Mjolnir circling the castle to negate all mystical energy. This wiped out The Juggernaut's invulnerabilty and forcefield which Cain found out the hard way when a crisp Thor right cross hit him in the face so hard it tore up his helmet and knocked him for a loop.

(This story seems to depict The Juggernaut's forcefield as the source of his invulnerability for some reason. This is not the case as The Juggernaut's body itself is what is invulnerable. The forcefield is merely an extraneous ability that prevents him from being touched when he wishes not to be so. It also has offensive capabilities as well.)

Still stunned at suddenly being vulnerable and touchable The Juggernaut renews his attack regardless. The Mjolnir cyclone obviously couldn't negate ALL of The Juggernaut's mystic energy as The Juggernaut still had an immense amount of strength left and puts Thor down and on the ropes with just one punch. Seeing The Juggernaut's next crushing and perhaps finishing blow coming at him Thor musters enough strength to dodge and go on the offensive.

Able to now lay hits on The Juggernaut and being a much better hand-to-hand combatant Thor rains blow after blow on The Juggernaut. Hitting him across the face and following up quickly with a vicious blow to his stomach rapidly, not allowing The Juggernaut any time to regain his bearing. Thor actually manages to daze him but The Juggernaut refuses to fall stating defeat is not in his vocabulary. Thor cocks back to throw what he feels will be the finishing blow but right before it connects The Juggernaut's forcefield comes back and deflects it. 60 seconds having expired which means Mjolnir had to return to Thor's hand. Thor's valiant effort goes for naught as The Juggernaut recovers completely from the barraging assault the instant his protective spell returns.

Seeing the success Thor had after he discerned the nature of his power Cain decided that since Mjolnir must be the source of Thor's power that if he got it he would be unbeatable as well as unstoppable. He also was pretty sure that Thor wouldn't give it up willingly so he decides to pick up a stone pillar and beat it out of him(gotta love Juggy's way of doing things). But Cain finds when he goes to lift Mjolnir that he can't even budge it. To him this didn't add up since he knew he was at the very least Thor's equal in strength and Thor lifts it easy. As Mjolnir returned to his hand Thor explains that Mjolnir can only be lifted by those of the right character.

Sensing that trying to actually fall The Juggernaut is impossible Thor devises a way to remove the unstoppable menace. Thor begins twirling his hammer to create a powerful windstorm. The Juggernaut effortlessly walks through it towards him and says he going to rip Mjolnir right out of Thor's hands and bash Thor with it. But when Cain reaches out to grab Mjolnir Thor wraps Cain's wrist in the hammer's unbreakable band. Thor then flings his hammer(with The Juggernaut attached) into space onto a meteor. Not sure why The Juggernaut didn't just pull his hand out or ride the hammer back, but there ya go.

A rather...odd ending actually. Between that and the forcefield misportrayal this fight had some rather eyebrowing-raising quirks but it was still one of the best throwdowns you'll ever see.

The Juggernaut and Thor recently fought again for a third time in Thor#17(vol.2), Thor got b!tched slapped for this fight. But an outside force was causing The Juggernaut to subconsciously tap into his near-unlimited potential power making him even stronger than usual. In this unnatural mental state The Juggernaut trashed Thor with very little effort.

Thor has never won a battle against him!!! One he teleports him away. Two, he flys him into space!!! The third battle Thor's get's a$$ raped big time. Don't underestimate Juggs!!!
