Well, I'm thinking it's more like...
WHAM! Thing flies through a couple buildings, peels himself out of the pavement and throws one of his patented haymakers. Namor counters it and plants an uppercut that launches Thing to the top floor of Four Freedoms Plaza.
Then he's out like a light. It would be cool to give Thing the win here, but Namor has a huge speed and flight advatage.

Thing and Subby always have good fights. They are never simple.
Since they write poor Ben like a sap, of course he will lose.
Until somebody gets a hold of him, and either turns him back into the over class 100 Spikey-Thing, or give him some skills, sneakiness, or weapons that will finally give him an edge, after he is finished being a punching bag for every clown over class 20.
I always wished one day that Ben would show up against the hulk with a disintegrator gun, an invisibility belt and some kind of power-sword.
That's debatable (although bios do tend to be quite contradictory at times). Featwise Namor has done things that would give him a seat in the JLA next to Superman and WonderWoman.
For instance in the past he was even written as doing things that were pre-Crisis Superman level, for instance when he swam up from the ocean, took to the air, and then accelerated so fast that he go out of earth's orbit, streaked through deep space, and landed on another planet in a different GALAXY!
That planet's inhabitants had been stealing Earth's water, so he needed to 'free' the water. Anyways, he managed to do that, and after being in the water vats he repeated his space-flight thingimajig and came back to Earth.
Now, that is not really the same as some of the things Pre-Crisis Superman used to do, but it definitely ranks. Especially once you consider that Namor is supposed to be an Atlantean prince, yet here he is doing spac-rescue missions by simpling shooting up into the air and into deep space.
Anyways, the handbooks say that Namor is supposed to be able to lift 85 tons.
That is ridiculous.
Namor has been consistently shown as being able to lift far far far far FAR (did I say far) more than that.
Some examples:
1) Namor punched the Hulk so hard that he flew landed miles away. Both were knocked out, however Namor recovered first and the Hulk was knocked out so badly that he reverted back to Banner. Let's see Thing do that.
2) Namor has beaten the Thing before ....knocked the Rocky one unconscious. (please log in to view the image)
3)And the one that makes everything else moot ....Namor broke the bands of Cytorrak
Here he is breaking the Crimson Bands of Cytorrak (yep ....you read that right ....Namor broke the Crimson Bands, something that very few characters are able to do since they are supposed to be 'unbreakable').

Conclusion: The Thing may have 'heart,' but Namor takes this fight. Once.
And twice.
And thrice.
All the way to 10/10 (without PIS/CIS). Handbooks may claim that Thing is stronger, but featwise Namor is simply on a different level than the Thing.
There has never been a bio that states Ben as stronger.
Namor is AS STRONG IN LAND AS HE IS IN WATER, provided that he isn't dehydrated. He doesn't drop in few minutes. I think it would be unfair to assume that Namor gets dehydrated in the fights...being on water is his natural state, he was born there. Land is his natural state as well. And, since he has wings, air seems to be one too.
Water doesn't enhance him, it returns him to his normal levels. Nearly feat that Namor has done on land are feats from weakened Namor.
