Morg with WOL was able to take on, if i remember correctly 4 or 5 herald level characters without a sweat. He'd kill even WMT, then turn his attention to the destroy who he'd take too.

I don't see bfr off. Thor wins. when he is fighting and knows his is gonna be out gunned he is gonna bfr these two. Unless morg can somehow teleport with the WOL (don't think that was ever demonstrated). So thor wins vis bfr. BUt other than that a competant person in the d-armor should win.
