Here we have two instances of the Mindless Hulk fighting Hercules, Wonder Man, Namor, and Iron Man all at the same time. Now, Namor and Iron Man have each knocked out Hulk at least once, Wonder Man is about as strong as Namor, and Hercules is stronger than any one of the three.
Considering all this, could it be PIS that the four of them together failed to take out Mindless Hulk? Could the fact that four characters who have each given Hulk a good fight at one time or another and yet not take out this version of Hulk working together be pure PIS? What say you? Yay or nay?
Explanations for your answers would also be appreciated.
Its not PIS because this is mindless Hulk? The most powerful version of the Hulk. When Namor knocked out the Hulk he was not mindless. When Iron man knocked out the Hulk he was not mindless either, we could also say he was lucky.

Iron-mans win was pure luck . The Hulk was getting stronger by the minute due to a plot device and Stark had to drain his suit dry JUST to knock Hulk out cold.
"Plot Induced Stupidity, or PIS, is when characters don't use their abilities or skills to the fullest extent as shown before, even within their personality ranges, for the sake of the story plotline. It makes lesser powered characters an actual challenge against higher powered characters in the comics. Examples of PIS include Flash stories lasting longer than three panels, or Toy Man as a threat to Superman.
Character Induced Stupidity, or CIS, on the other hand, refers to any natural mental limitations that characters impose upon themselves and reduce their ability to use their own skills and powers effectively. Unlike PIS, CIS does not occur because the plot requires it, but because the character is genuinely that dumb. Examples of the CIS-afflicted include characters such as Rhino or Jar Jar Binks. Events of CIS are not exempt from debates."
Anyone noticed how Hulk always does better against groups? Its like his rage kicks in faster for being at a number disavantage.
As for that storyline, not really no. Hercules in the first fight only got in after IM and WM tried theyr luck (and in that round they didnt fought anymore) and after Namor tried his (and in that round he didnt fought anymore).
Yes, yes. The four where there. But in no instance did they dogpiled him at the same time.
The second part of the story is more related to bad writting. Hulk with all that power he was suposse to have, takes 6 hours to lay down (down, not out. Yessir the man was still conscious) Doc Samson and fails to k.o most of the Avengers who werent even top guns, while guys like Hercules who stalemated him in the previous encounter still couldnt take him out cold, even with backup.
Well, they did at the end with a mix of dogpile and Hulks heart going bananas. But you get the drift.

after looking at those posts I have a hard time believing that Hulk WOULDN'T just get up and kick all thier butts. Unless somebody tried to calm him down, I can't see any way of them capturing him.

That fight above ain't PIS. There was no Thor or any other extremely versatile character to cheat their way to victory. It was (mostly) a purely physical battle. And It wasn't just your average Hulk, you know.
So what, that's it? I had to debate this in an inane cycle and no one who believes it was PIS or jobbing wants to debate their points as to why they believe so?
well for one, I think that Hulk should have been able to get up in that fight. I mean yeah he and hercules were stalemate, but Hulk should be able to beat him because the madder he gets, the stronger he gets. This is a guy that lifted an entire island to save millions of lives...you can't tell me that he can't overpower this group of hero's.
