MN'er would be able to see that TM can copy moves, and would plan accordingly. If he wasn't smart enough to make it a quick fight, TM might have a chance. But MN'er would make it quick.

He wouldn't see that actually, he can only see what enhancements a person has, Taskmaster is all natural.... plus TM has shown to be faster than MN when he really gets going.

Tough fight but I'll go with TM.

Ah, fair enough...I didn't know TM was simply natural ability.

But how is essentially human stats capable of being faster than MN'er, regardless of the skill level?

He's not only been able to move fast enough to catch bullets....

Taskmaster was able to move fast enough to SPEEDBLITZ someone who was capable of catching bullets.

erm.

He SHOULD be peak human, or twice peak human speed at best, but the feats seems to project it as otherwise.

Inevitable writer variance, I guess. Seems a bit suspect though, like he'll always be just fast enough/slow enough for whover the writer wants him to beat or lose to.

...probably would make this a tough fight to figure out fully, because MN'er is obviously at least peak human as well, and probably a bit better.

He got beaten up by Moonknight. Moonknight is no Midnighter.

I would have to go with Taskmaster...Bullseye and Hawkeye's accuracy, Caps fighting style, Swordsman's fencing...all pretty kick ass natural abilities

Taskmaster was beaten up by Moonknight recently. Midnighter takes this.

It's a trick he learned in his limited series:

(please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image)

He had been shot a few pages before that which is why he's thinking about blood loss/exhaustion. Before he could do that he was good enough to go toe to toe with Cap.

And yet an injured Moonknight beat him up.

Midnighter has fight precog he will have seen a hundred ways to win before the fight has started.

Precog is greater than photographic reflexes.

As far as I'm concerned Moonknight Retro-fitted Taskmaster and Agency X Udon Taskmaster are two different people... and Midnighter better hope he is fighting that pussy in the buccaneer boots.

Wasn't there a fight with a martial artist defeating Mid since Mid didn't know what he was going to do, since he was on the defence?

Anyone remember the issue number?

It is, but MN doesn't have pre-cog ... he just computes the most likely event like a computer would.

Yeah but he was moving at such speed that his bones could have been broken If he had mede any bad move.So he couldn't keep that speed up for to long.

I disagree. Midnighter seemed to be quicker than most superhumans when he was fighting at his best. Remember when that person from the Gamorra army that he killed in seemingly an instant?
