regardless of how powerful you think the Hulk is, I have two points to make.

One is that the Hulk is ungainly, obnoxious, destructive brute with little sense of style, taste or class.

On the other hand, Darkseid is the suavest mother-*****r in the comic book omniverse:

Darkseid should win indeed, the problem is that this Hulk starts in a Sentry-base level or close, this makes the usual zero second ko impossible. If this battle turns out as those where Supes defeats DS physically, everything points out at Hulk winning the fray.

In the past 5 years. About 6-7 times maybe a little more. Most of the time superman's friends came to help him out or supes went sun bathing
