My money would be on the veteran and that would be Jungle Hunter. It be like pitting a guy in his 20s in this case being the younger City Hunter versus the guy in his prime and well-experienced being the Jungle Hunter. They were both good hunters in the environments they chose to hunt in, but regarding an actual match between the two Preds, I'd go with Jungle Hunter on virtue of his more experience and discipline.
Yes, but the one in the first Predator actually whooped the living crap out of Arnold until he got to his trap. Predator II OTOH got whipped fair and square by Danny Glover.

Pred 2. Contrary to what some may think, observing the trophies in Urban's ship indicates he was a much more experienced and skilled hunter. Not to mention he had much more combat feats and damage soak.

Remember that scene in the first Predator movie when the military squad all of which had AK47 and one with a Freaking MINI GUN unloaded all there ammo on the cloaked pred..
The Pred Survived that, and showed skill by avoiding the brunt of the attack.

i remember the scene where one graze from a single M60 round hit a cloaked Pred though
none of the rest of it touched the Predator
considering those were a group of morons ramdonly shooting at nothing its not very impressive
Pred 2, Ubran ftw. Better and more weapons plus more hardcore.
Damage soak also goes to the Urban Pred. After killing the "Big Guy"(Jesse the body) and the team let off in the jungle, he was hit once in the leg before leaping to higher ground in which they had no idea he did. Plus he was cloaked and was pretty much cloaked the entire movie while hiding behind trees camping with the shoulder canon.
