Iron man wins with prep, and without it.

With it, he simply has access to much more (tech, money, equipment, connections, S.H.I.E.L.D ) than Spidey.

Iron Man should win every single time. He's physically superior to Spider-Man in every way, excluding agility, and with Stark's upgrades, that gap has been narrowed down quite a bit. That's not even taking into consideration the various weapons and defensive systems the Iron Man armor possesses.

Not a chance Spiderman can react to Extremis Iron Man on a straight fight. IM should still get it in the prep as well. Then again, nowadays Spiderman has access to guys like Doctor Strange while prepping as well.

Spider-Man is still faster, yeah, but it's not enough to overcome Iron Man's other abilities.

*shrug* I really don't know. For all of Extremis' vaunted 'enhanced reaction times,' we haven't really seen it anywhere save when he first got it.

Either the writers have forgotten about it, or are purposefully ignoring it. There's no way they're currently portraying him with millisecond reaction times.

Stark wins, 8/10 or even 9/10, whether he has prep or not. He's too strong for Spidey, and he has far more range and durability.
