The Super Soldier Serum was described as being a genius' perfect realization of human potential and created an ultimate amplifier for current man's attributes.

It wouldn't effect Surtur in the slightest. Surtur is an ancient alien being.

Most of what we do here is guess work...

For the purposes of this thread, the Serum works for 24 hours then burns out...

Well Surtur is already a physical beast! Amp him by making him stronger and bigger can only do so much when fighting these guys.

Thanos- Insane physical/mental durability + can't die. Powerful blast attacks. And shields.

Marvell- Fast speed in flight and attack ability. Massive wideburst blast attacks. All make him a hard target.

And I don't know jack about Blood and Thunder Thor.

He doesn't need exotic powers but you can't take away his unkillability. You need a cc level power to ko him and Surtur is nowhere near that.

A physical punchup will end up here sooner or later. And Thanos has insane durability and now has a form that constantly remains in it's present healthy state.
You have to nuke him with a Negabomb?? to blast him hard enough before he returns to healthy form.
Surtur aint beating him up.
