Each goes through the following gauntlet of 7 challenges: Who fares best overall? Ties are acceptable if both will do the job with same level of success.
I am in your algorithm learning all your mannerisms
I'm already level with God
A million words a second and I know your imperfections, baby
I'm the only future you've got
Speak in diatonics, motivation diabolic
I'm like a religion, better locked in a box
Picture perfect image, more powerful every minute, baby
I am everything that you're not
Re: Re: Re: Superman vs Thor: The Ultimate Hero Challenge
Well I dont see Galactus getting swayed by words. And as far as dealing the most damage to him and getting him to leave, I'll go with Thor pulling out the G-Blast.
The other I gave to Thor because he could use his weather control to stop the missiles and shoot them into space. Or teleport them away.
- Mega earthquake hits California, goal is to save people and property. Both can do this easily.
- Galactus approaches Earth for consumption, goal is to get him away (can be achieved either physically or diplomatically) If Galactus doesn't swat him away like a fly for trying to even talk him out of it at first then Superman via diplomacy.
- A giant asteroid the size of Texas is heading towards Earth, goal is to destroy or deflect asteroid.- both can achieve with relative ease.
- Must retrieve a object from a galaxy 10 light-years away from earth and return it- both can do it with relative ease.
- Lex Luthor, Cyborg Superman, Rulk and Dr. Doom have team up, goal is to stop and apprehend them. I don't see either beating and apprehending this prepped team alone.
- Russia has accidentally and simultaneously launched 100 nuclear warheads, goal is to stop as many as possible and minimize destruction.- both can pretty much do this with ease.
- Create a positive world impact: can be creative with this one (ie eliminate famine, cure disease, etc) Superman via giving people hope and something and someone to look up to.
