Asgard's current state is a result of back to back butchers writing Thor. Bendis destroyed Asgard for the cheap thrills, and Fraction whored it...because he's fraction.
compare that to Hulk who got his childhood fanboy to write him.

Nul wasn't koed though. He had speech bubbles in that same panel and the panel after that, he is screaming because he is about to hit a planet head first. The panel after that his hands rips through the mantle that covered his body. The panel after that, he is working the Vampire nation at 100%. Thor was carried to his father and his body was limp the entire time.
Their the only way to read a Thor/Hulk fight. Excessive viewing of the hulk has been known to drop the readers IQ. Turning them into mindless wank-slaves.

at best (and throwing the fact there was no air for hulk's words to be audible), it was a flash ko, not the same as what thor experienced however. thor required bedside manner from daddy
I don't know of many instances where the writers give a shit about the no air rule. Seeing as it's Fraction I highly doubt that was his intention. Yeah it was a KO the hulk woke up during his descent into Earth. He wasn't out cold though obviously.
Not talking about Thor. But mentioning his ability to have no need of air doesnt help your case brah. Since hulk was running on asgardian skyfather power.
Rulk still spoke. He stopped to not suffocate from lack of air. If we strictly enforce the rule he shouldnt be able to p.roduce sound in space. Air in lungs or not
Fine. If they get benefit of the doubt then Nul with even more gets it for running on asgardian energy. He was busy being unconscious though to use the ability.
look at it this way: let's assume hulk was totally out on his trip up, but how long did it take for hulk to reach the zenith after thor smacked him? let's say it was an hour, still shorter than thor's convalescence after the same incident as hulk was back to whooping much ass once he landed, not only that but he goes to break two "unbreakable" weaponized substances and solo a nation. thor was still in bed
