It was a telepathic war. Good luck attempting something like that vs a Godlike Machine. Odin was slowly losing the telepathic battle but losing it he was. In desperation he kamikazeed Galactus and all it did was KO Odin.

Of course he didn't. But at the end of it, he was no worse for wear. Odin couldn't even continue the fight in his physical body and sent his spirit into the Destroyer.

Odin was looking pretty bad but he wasn't KOED he was transfering over to the destroyer thus how he was talking to Thor when Galactus just layed there.
In the end. But not after the hit which is what I'm saying. Galactus got effected by it he just reformed.
So Koing Odin is not all it did.
That said though, I think there was hardly any doubt in anyones mind after that that Galactus has noticeably more power than Odin even at the low ends like he was written in in that fight.
The whole Odin/Galactus fight was written terrible.
Even if it was written as entirely correct power levels, he ****ing headbutted a completely still Galactus hard enough to knock himself silly as a giant Odin.
I'm pretty sure that would have knocked out RKT too.
I like how Fraction mentions how exciting his battle was going to be as we'd see two godlike beings fighting like how gods should. He even has Sif pose the question as to how two beings such as Odin and Galactus would even battle one another before trolling readers with that shit.
I bet Coipel was disappointed when Fraction described the battle scenes to him.
"So what do you want me to draw? Some abstract clash of colors and crazy side effects of reality collapsing upon itself due to the strain of their energies or-"
That wasn't even the worst of it for me. That same month he did Fear Itself #5. And that was just another enormous middle finger. I couldn't even believe that transition of events.
Lulz... No. RK Thor takes this. He absolutely no sold Mangog in a way that Tyrant never would be able to. Tyrant was taken aback by Thanos, and I'm not saying that Thanos is a weakling because we all know that he isn't, but compared to RK Thor? I don't even want to begin to describe the brutality that RKT would dish out on someone on Thanos' level.
In that case all we have to go by are off panel tales, and a few scans of him ripping into Galactus. RK Thor according to past showings of Odin vs Mangog, left me with one thought. RK Thor would kill Odin with ease. Odin did give Galactus a very decent battle. He even turned the head game on him.
