anyways, CIS off. Takes place on an uninhabited indestructible planet. They will use everything they have to win. So....who wins?

If we're going forum mode with all powers and abilities extrapolated to the most perverted and obscene degree, Superman wins. Combo to ko, unstoppable speedblitz, counter vibrating to pull out hearts, etc.

Not really. Superman's speed advantage is so great, Thor can't do anything.
