These are the people he gets She Hulk, Red She Hulk, Skaar,The Warbond The Leader,Abomination, Ogress & Gremlin. Banners plan is to make clones of himself only loyal to him with his the madder the gets the stronger he gets ability, each one of the clones start with a base WWH stats Each clone has been given strong defense against mental attacks as well. They have 100,000 clones that they spilt up into three states Washington DC, New York, & California 33,000 in each state. No out world hero can help. Can they do it? No bfr of any kind.
