Captain America, Wasp, Yellow Jacket, Spiderman, Iron Man with Hulkbuster Armor are complete non factors.

So it's basically Bor vs Wolverine and WWH. Could go either way really. Hulk could use Cap's Shield for extra defense (not that he really needs it with his natural durability and insane healing factor) and he could use Wolverine's unconscious body as a dagger poking the sh|t out of Bor.
