As much as I dispute Trinity's canonicity, Bizarro, preboot at least, was basically Superman's body with the mind of a child. Namor is smarter, but Bizarro is stronger, faster, and a good deal more durable. I don't think Namor can really avoid the beating that would eventually come his way.
