And yeah, it is dumb. So, I say Starbreaker KOs Thanos, and then leaves the battlefield, unaware the rules are to the death, thus Thanos wins by unintentional forfeit!!

That version of Starbreaker was pretty damn powerful. I don't see Thanos beating him at all in a fight. But to the death? I guess killing him may count as a win even if he resurrects afterwards.
