DD,mongul in exile story arc even been stunned by a very weaken superman(though he defeat superman in this issues previous plot,but this because superman have benn drained by his fights and lack sun's energy,later plot superman regain some of his power,then with one onslaught,defeat mongul)

yeah, but Mongul starts at full power, whereas Doomsday doesn't. That should give Mongul a chance to actually get some good hits in before he goes down IMO.

Even if he didn't, he was strong enough to take on Booster Gold and a Justice League roster before he went up against Supes and Supes was aided by the huge laser cannon of that scientist and some fodder jetpack soldiers. DoS wasn't just DD vs. Superman. I don't see Mongul replicating this stuff at all.
