he’s mxy level in the 2nd of the 3 issues.
Even says his name backwards to vanish into the 5th dimension.
He created an entire scene consisting of everyone, famil, friends and gods, old and new to lure Mxy out.
Mxy then tells him about the rocket that is still present.
From that scene and mxy’s conversation it’s implied that Superman has been gaining more powers and is getting stronger and stronger.
Superman then tries to save it, Mxy can’t, never will but says Superman he isn’t ready yet.
Next issue Superman has sentries all over reality one of them is with Anu, the last being other than Superman still alive. Superman has been holding up the heat death of that reality until the last being died naturally. The reality dies, Superman travels to the reality the rocket is in. While there, he speaks with the astronauts and then travels back but since time passes slowly there I think he travels back to the new reality that came into existence.
Because he and Mxy were talking about realities I think it wasn’t universal death that he outlived, I think he outlived the death of the multiverse.
I just read it. I don’t see anywhere where he is shown in the second issue to be Mxy level. He is able to do one thing that Mxy traditionally does, and that is travel to the 5th dimensio by saying his name backward, but that is it. The celebration scene appears to be something Mxy created. Superman even says that he knows why Mxy started this.
I don’t see anywhere where it is stated that Mxy cannot save the rocket. Only that Superman can’t. I took it that Mxy won’t save it and considers showing Superman where the rocket is located is a gift.
Mxy explains that the ship is trapped between bleeds of reality, so everything appears to be occurring in a single universe. Superman holds back the heat death of that reality. Ivory Kings are multiversal, so that stomp.
