Odinforce Thor (during Straczynski's run) only had the access to the portion of the Odinforce, iirc.
But - unlike modern Thor - he was written with respect and wasn't jobbing like a retard.
AF Thor is current Thor, just w/o the Power Cosmic.
AF Thor so far has lost to Moon Knight, got Mjolnir stopped by Hulkling with his magical sword, but he did beat BRB (though he softened him up first with PC, so the feat is not 100% legit).
Neither one of them really have all that many feats, TBH. All we know about current Thor, is that he’s handily above Beta Ray Bill. I’ll just say JMS Thor because he was actually well written.

But keep in mind that we take feats and overall performance in consideration, too.
Take Juggernaut, for example. He was supposed to be more powerful than ever, but featwise, he was a mere shadow of his former self. Think it's safe to say it's the same case with Thor.

however JMS thor has no feats either, he just has no low feats, but he didn't do anything worthwhile either
the only things I remember was
1. beating the crap out of iron man (well duh regular thor can do that)
2. beating jobbing destroyer with balder in it
3. struggling to lift city sized asgard with beta ray bill
JMS Thor was said to just have Odin Force, and then it was reduced when he killed Bor for some reason.
But a very noticeable feat he got was that he could essentially no sell attacks that would have killed him without the upgrade according to his fight with Bor. And he did have some visible manifestations of the Odin force work for him.
All father Thor on the other hand, has proven he can pull Mjolnir out of a worthy users hand. Or Stormbreaker as well, and can even destroy the hammers at will basically. But...besides poor old Bill who got the bejeesus beaten out of him, he hasn’t actually done anything. And is heavily disrespected outside of his own book.
I would go with JMS Thor just given how much more respect he received 🤷♂️
He had to spend (almost?) the entire Odinforce at his disposal on fixing Mjolnir damaged in the battle with Bor, if I recall correctly? Strange helped him with that.
He also bound his soul to the hammer, so if it cracked again, Thor would die, too (got ignored by next writers).
JMS Thor had the whole OF, he burnt out most of it re-creating Asgard, and then gave the rest to Dr. Strange to repair Mjolnir, after he broke it on Bor’s face.
