LT would be someone that is created to stand watch of the multiverse and be a representative of the one that made the multiverse. A representative of perpetua.
That's because shit-eaters and fanboys keep ignoring it.
So what? She was weakened by having planets slammed into her head. So was Darkest Knight.
And let's not forget that Golden Wonder Woman's punches were "star-shaking."

These are physical and quantifiable feat. And on a cosmic scale they're not impressive enough to contend with Marvel's high tier, whether you like it or not.
In contrast, the Multiverse being att the verge of collapse is not something that can be quantified. Why was it collapsing? Was it because it was drained-of Crisis Energy? We don't know, all we know for a fact is that planet-throwing and star-shaking punches weakened these beings.

you are a mouth breather, smashing planets at each other is just how cosmic big bads fight, Mxy and Batmite did the same shit to spectre in WF
marvel has some of the biggest chodes by your standard, PR Owen and Beyonder blasting each other didn't even affect the nearby mortal bystanders, way more embarrasing than planet smashing,
collateral damage means shit
Diana literally pushed DK to end of time, into a death sun, where all multiverse is absorbed
The planet being used in the fight was based drawn as a perception. Their fight was taking place across all of reality.
It’s similar but much larger in scale than odin’s headbutt on galactus.
Thor even said that our perception is limited and their battle is on many planes.
She wasn’t at full power, we don’t know how much that 5% adds. Maybe it’s stamina? You take 1 gem from the infinity gauntlet and it’s no longer omnipotent in the universe.
She is part of the Hand species that just destroyed and recreated infinite multiverses. At full power she is at that level.
If you're referring to the scene where he attacked Thanos with the Heart of the Universe then the intent wasn't to cause widespread damage to the universe.
You're referring to when he had he absorbed an entire reality, the Living Tribunal included, and eventually became the Living Tribunal, then yes.
This was explained in the QnA section of Ultimates 2 #5.
The difference between Odin and Galactus, and Golden Wonder Woman, is that they have feats on a galactic scale, and their punches aren't described as star-shaking.
What 5%? She was missing a small fraction. But for the sake of argument let's say it's 5%, so she was operating at 95% of her full power. It's still within the same order of magnitude.
That's just how the gems function. Their full potential can't be accessed without all six in unison. You don't get to access 80% of their powers by just collecting five of them.
The same species that supposedly would've been exterminated by the Darkest Knight? Who was hurt by star-shaking punches?
The intent was to attack Thanos only. The planet was destroyed by the side effects. That's was with all the righteous fury of Eternity.
It was just a universe's energy. Darkest Knight creates 52 universes willy nilly. There's no indication that LT was any less powerful. The rules being in flux means little for a character from a different multiverse.
