My, my, lot of videos and points here. In order to streamline this a bit, I'm not going to be replying to every single one. Let's say that if I do not touch on a particular point, it means I am not contesting it, and it may be left as is. That, or I has already addressed it. With that out of the way, here we go again.
I disagree. This is another situation in which Russell was caught off guard. Russell was not defeated by Eric's strength or speed but caught off guard via weakness exploitation. Vampires are weak against silver and his mind was reeling from the sudden realization that Eric was burning despite Russell's recent jubilation at finally being able to day walk after around 3,000 years. Think about human beings and in various situations. Sure many humans are stronger and faster but they can still be caught off guard of cheapshotted. That isn't to say that they can be defeated in a fair fight but only that in certain situations they can be caught off guard. You throw in weakness exploitation and there you have it.
I disagree here as well.

There is absolutely no "weakness exploitation" in the moment Eric outspeeds Russell. There is nothing here that would cause Russell to move slower except for normal, mundane surprise. Sure, weaknesses are involved, in silver handcuffs and the sun, but neither is relevant to Eric's grab, and therefore this cannot be brushed off as a weakness exploitation. Russell, and most other vampires, are seen to move and react slower when caught off guard. I believe Ganondorf can easily catch Russell off guard with his powers and durability.
Yes, he did. The difference is we can plainly see his movements. It was also very close. We can perceive his movements and he travels a very short distance. Russell has traveled farther distances and his movements cannot be perceived. This is not even comparable to Russell's speed feats.
All True Blood vampires use the same special effect for their speed, and that is blur speed at most. It is hardly impossible for the viewer to track anyone's movements, as they can be clearly seen as distorted images moving across the screen, and are never at any point invisible. If we are take other character's reactions into account, sure, humans can't react to this with much more than a scream. Very similarly, the Sages are unable to react to Ganondorf's movement. It may not be as fast, but it is certainly comparable to a vampire, especially given the way vampires seem to need to move in bursts.
This video shows Wolf Link hurting the giant beast Ganon.
Now, something I would like to point out here, that you may already know, is that Wolf Link is not a normal wolf. First, let's shed some light on why Link becomes a wolf.

First of all, notice the glowing crest on Link's hand and the focus it is given in this scene. This is the Triforce of Courage, another piece of the same divine artifact that Ganondorf wields. While Ganondorf has Power, Link has Courage, and their abilities are a bit different. As can be seen in these images, Link's piece of the Triforce can harm and repel Shadow Beasts, and protects him from the Twilight. Instead of becoming a helpless spirit, Link becomes what is referred to throughout the game as a "Sacred Beast."
Now, to further dispel the notion that Link's fangs in this form are completely normal, we can take another look at these Shadow Beasts.

"They sure didn't seem impressed with [Barnes'] bombs! How long do you think we can hold this sanctuary against beasts that strong, huh?
Meet Barnes', the owner of the Kakariko bomb shop. Naturally, he sells explosives, and naturally, they are rather powerful.

Hyrule's tech may not be modern, but who said it wasn't effective? In any case, just look at the size of the boulders demolished by these bombs, they are easily more than five time Link's size and quite likely in the double to triple digit ton range. Shadow Beasts are, and I quote, "unimpressed" by this. So what can hurt them, if such a large explosive can't? Wolf Link, for one.

Frankly, between the Triforce of Courage's power and a bite stronger than a bomb, Ganon being hurt by this isn't so bad. So like I said before, unless Russell's fangs are holy, or at least bomb proof, biting Ganondorf is deeply unwise.
Faeries have Fae blood in them but it affects them so there is no reason why Russell would be immune to their attacks if other Fairies are not. It makes sense that the sun doesn't kill them as it does not kill Faeries either. It makes no sense that the light attacks won't work against someone with Faerie blood since it has.
I'm not sure that logic checks out completely. Humans aren't burned by the sun, but human blood hardly gives any powers. The blood of the Fae is clearly pretty special. Then, there's this bit:
http://i1349.photobucket.com/albums/p757/Scenario388/tbsookieblastsrussell_zpsed33024c.gif?t=1376370130
Aside from adding fuel to the "slow when surprised" fire, this is a clear demonstration of Russell being affected by Faerie power. Notably, Sookie here is only half-faerie, and her powers don't exactly compare with those of a true fae, who are seen to launch grenade like projectiles. This isn't a property of Sookie herself, either, as she is also seen with the other Faeries blasting Russell to no effect. The biggest difference between this scene and that one is that here, Russell hasn't just drained a Faerie Elder dry. If Russell was just immune, why use a human shield? Why dodge the Elder but then let everyone else hit you? Russell's magic resistance, if it can be called that, is simply due to the way Faerie blood affects vampires. I'll grant that in this case, Russell will at least dodge Ganondorf's energy projection as well, since he isn't immune to it.
False. We last see his body around 4:07 of the video.
We we last his body, it's on fire. When Ganondorf's Malice appears, the body is completely gone. In any case, whatever other injuries Ganon takes here are in fact gone by the time he makes a new Gerudo body, so the point stands. The wound inflicted by the Sages before the Triforce of Power awakened is the only wound Ganondorf has not recovered from, as he is clearly capable of recovering between forms and defeats.
The context of the scene is not the same as what you seem to believe. Russell was taunting the Faeries because they weren't powerful enough to beat him. An unknown opponent who came out of nowhere with speed far beyond Ganondorf who used weakness exploitation to kill him while he lowered his guard basically means moot point.
Whether it's one opponent or 20, Russell purposefully lowered his guard. That's the point; if he believes he has the upper hand, Russell consistently leaves himself open. Heck, he allowed Bill to jump up on his shoulders with a wooden stake before doing anything, and he let the Authority's goons shoot him with a silver net without defending himself. In both cases one of Russell's weakness is in play, and in both cases he lowers his guard. Why, then, would he take Ganondorf seriously, when exactly none of his weaknesses are in play?
Yes, Russell executes people when he's annoyed, and tends to (but not always) dodge actual threats. But in a case like this, where it's just one opponent and there's no way to exploit a weakness, Russell has shown he prefers toying with people. If he's stared down 20 Faeries, one Gerudo doesn't seem like much. Really, Russell and Ganondorf are rather alike in this way, seeing as both are arrogant enough to think themselves untouchable. Only it this case, it's Russell that can't hurt Ganondorf.
Yes, it does dispel magic. This is what the sword does after it pierces his flesh. That means the physical aspect of the sword impales him. Next the magical properties kick in and dispel his magic. So the sword just like the other one can pierce his flesh based on the physical aspect alone.
That's not how it works. That's not shown, stated, or even hinted at, anywhere in either Twilight Princess or Hyrule Historia. What is stated, though, is that the Master Sword cannot be touched by evil, and cleaves it apart, what with being the Blade of Evil's Bane. What has been shown is that the Master Sword can break Link's curse without even touching him. It is far from a normal sword, one of the most powerful items in the franchise, and it being "purely physical" is a claim that has no evidence behind it whatsoever.
