Black Widow may have taken the first translation of Mystique, but definitely not the current one as illustrated in her comic. She is being illustrated to being extremely creative in her metamorphing abilities from a cameleon effect, have sharp protrusions coming out of her, relocating vital organs, creating multiple arms (a la Spiral) and heads (though the head bit she can do for only a short duration of time), etc. Mystique wins.
