He has superhuman strength (probably around the 5 ton mark) and speed (to some degree) but his main asset is the improvements to his brain "fight enhancements" he calls them.... it lets him see what powers post humans have by looking at them and he can run thousands of battle scenarios in his head before the fight even begins.... plus he's pretty cold blooded when it comes to fighting.... and everything else
I would give the majority to Midnighter since he can calculate over a million possible combat scenarios in a second so ideally Puck isn't going to touch him. I don't know how well his attacks would fair on compressed rubber, but regardless Puck shouldn't be able to hit him with that brain power.
I'd give Midnighter a pretty solid edge as well... He's strong enough to hurt Puck, though it might take a while. Puck's also pretty quick, so he may get a shot or two in... But I personally don't see it happening very often. Overall, Midnighter's superior speed, skill, and precog abilities give him 7-8/10.

I'm starting to think even the worst of us were underestimating MN'er. He was putting Apollo down without a whole lot of effort in the Revolution arc.
Apollo.
Granted, Apollo might have been holding back, and a room-clearing blast would have taken him out (though he'd have been screwed if MN'er lived through it). But in a straight-up fight, a Superman-level character (Apollo) wasn't able to touch MN'er...and it was because MN'er could see his moves so well. He could feasibly do that with nearly anyone.
Puck gets owned. And I need to start importing Authority scans.
Damnit, you're right. I forogt about that. He f*cked Apollo up, didn't he? I need to make a damn Midnighter respect thread once Majestic's current series ends and I can finish his.
