Anything more than a couple tiers away is almost always a lopsided match. As it is, this is a stomp in favor of Strange.

Current Strange or Classic Strange?

Can Strange's magic effect Magneto with his shields up. Because Mags will likely raise his shield before Strange can utter a spell.

with his shield up its very unlikey strange's magic can get through
