Cyclops and Storm both have their respective X-genes turned off for the fight, and are placed in 'equal bodies,' meaning they fight based off of pure skill alone. Assume that they've had adequate time to adjust to their new bodies.
Three rounds
1. Unarmed, straight up, hand to hand combat.
2. Each combatant gets a single common melee weapon of their choice.
3. Each combatant is outfitted with a single common handgun of their choice.
Didn't Cyclops fight the Dark Riders for 10 minutes before they knocked off his glasses?
There is also the time he beat around 4 thugs with his eyes closed.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
This could go either way. Cyke is a trained martial artist while Storm is a street fighter with martial arts moves mixed in. The reason I don't automatically give Cyke the win is because I can't think of anybody he's every fought with notable hand-to-hand skill. Storm on the other hand, fought and defeated people with considerable fighting skill. (Well, according to Claremont)

Storm for the win. Scott not really a weapon kind of person, Storm on the other hand used lost of weapon when she was powerless.

This might get messy. How much of Cyke’s accuracy come from his mutation? Keep in mind, Storm is a sharp shooter.
