Yes, I also believe that Thor would smite him, unless it was on Doomsday's best day, like when he killed Superman. Not that I necessarily agree that Doomsday could ever kill Superman, but if he can do that, he can kill Thor, too. However, realistically, Thor would smite him quite easily and I'm sure would have something interesting to add while fighting.

Doomsday easily wins this. Versatility won't help WM Thor here.
DD can move at burst speeds rivaling that of the Flash.
Faster than anyone can react to (even Superman and WW).
So before Thor can blink, DD relentlessly and aggressively beats him to death. And I'm using DOS DD at that.
