Thread starter please be clear about what is street level. Anyone around Electro, Bane Sabertooth, Sinster Six team are not street level. Do you mean low-mid tier?

i mean villans under people like doom and ras al ghul no high earth based villans low-teir acceptable.

sorry guys im kinda new, could you clarify "street levelers " a little please, does that mean .. i don't know,.the same or around the level of Peak Human or does that mean FROM peak human to <5 tonnes?
