Each fight take place on New York Citys rooftops. For this battle the turtles weapons and Doc Ocks tentacles are made out of the same type of metal. TMNT cant break Dock Ocks tentacles and vise versa.

TMNT. Here's a good scenario. They all attack him at once and get an arm or leg or torso caught in Ock's arms (purposely). Then they immediately throw shurikens at him. With no arms to protect himself, Ock dies.
