Complete nonsense.

Did u ever perhaps think that Blackbolt also has molecular control? and on a superior level at that?

Manhattan turning intangible can only help him avoid some of BBs attacks. And as long as he still has a functioning mind he is vulnerable

Whats the highest amount of duplicates manhattan has made? Still wont matter when blackbolt turns he and all of them to stone. Or manipulates the electrical impulses in his brain and shuts it off. Or atomizes him with an antimatter blast

this laughable exploding strategy wont work. BB has superior molecular manip

Dr. Manhattan can see his own future before the fight even starts. So he already knows all possible outcomes of the fight. He would just duplicate himself for each possible outcome. Eventually BB goes down.

Dr. Manhattan sends duplicates to the fight, sends duplicates to make love to Silk, while he continues to build his machine on Mars all at the same time.

Dr. Manhattan wins 10/10 before the fight even starts.
