Puck's strength and durability should, in theory, counter the effects of the Iron Fist technique. As for skill, Rand probably has Judd beat, but I think where Judd has the (slight) advantage is in speed, agility, and pure length of combat experience -- he has been fighting for some 50-60 years or more...
