You realize that cable under technovirus influence is beyond peak human. Also if you take away tp/tk then he goes full technovirus mode and that would be a near instawin for someone of Cable's skills against someone like DS.
Yeah, Deathstroke is far above peak humans. I say he has his good 2.5 - 3 tons strenght and reflexes which are 10 times faster then these from ordinary humans.
Cable without TK / TP would have some serious problems in this one.

No wait, Deathstroke is thinking 10 times faster then ordinary humans. I'm not sure about his reflexes right now, but they should be higher then Cables for sure.
Cables technovirus arm is a 10 tonner iirc and the rest of his body is still under minor influences and while not quite as strong he is definitely capable of giving DS a match in terms of fisticuffs. Also he's been doing his thing basically from birth to current time. The dude has some serious skills under his belt and it shows relatively consistently.
Basically this seems to be a mutant messiah Cable vs Deathstroke as Cable's power was essentially spent.
Still have to side with Cable. IMO the lifetime of constant gorilla warfare and "hopeless" fights against consistently proven superior opponents makes him a bit better than DS IMO.
But if you buy into Slade holding toying with Cassandra Cain, imo that's even more impressive, as I believe she could wipe the floor with anyone not named Danny Rand...
