Ultron (AOH) vs DC Earth

In this scenario, Age of Heroes Ultron lands on DC Earth and remains under the radar for two years preparing to launch a full scale attack on the inhabitants of Pre Flash Point DC Earth.

Does this future version of Ultron succeed in killing DC Earth's defenders, and becoming the dominant force on Earth, or can the Heroes contain him?

Batman keeps record of and in major cases keeps a supply of all weaknesses of all the heroes and villians

After hacking the bat computer he can then hack the watch tower and crash it into the hall of justice

He follows this up by doctoring the black box on the watchtower to make it seem that this was an attack by Atlantis on the Surface world

He then sells this information to Jimmy Olsen while simultaneously hacking millions of small time bank accounts in which to procure all the materials needed to build a clone army of us soldiers to attack Atlantian intrests

He sits back and watches WW4

If Atlantis was stupid enough to go to war with the surface world (they're not), they'd absolutely rape-stomp them.
